When organizations rely on secure, intelligent communication, having a trusted unified communications as a service (UCaaS) partner is essential. That's why we feel many IT decision-makers look to the Gartner annual Magic Quadrant as a trusted benchmark for evaluating providers.

We're proud to share that in 2026, Zoom has once again been recognized as a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). We feel this recognition reflects our ongoing dedication to advancing our UCaaS offerings, including Zoom Chat, Zoom Phone, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Contact Center, and AI features across Zoom Workplace. To us, this recognition highlights our continued commitment to innovation, reliability, and delivering a platform that helps businesses connect, collaborate, and get more done.

For the seventh year in a row, Zoom is a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for UCaaS. We're proud to be recognized once again, as we believe it reflects our continued dedication to delivering a unified communication platform that helps organizations connect, collaborate, and get more done. Our UCaaS offerings include ZoomMate, Zoom Chat, Zoom Phone, Zoom Meetings, and Zoom Contact Center, all designed with built-in AI to help businesses of all sizes — particularly large organizations and those in government, education, healthcare, and financial services.
